Buyer's Notes

Items to provide before the closing:

• Homeowner's Insurance
• All Documentation requested by the lender
• Order a survey if desired

Items to bring to the closing: 

• Valid photo identification card (drivers license, state issued identification card, passport)
• Cashier's check of certified funds made payable to yourself
• Any other documentation that the lender or law office has requested
• Settlement statement from prior closing if using funds for this transaction
